Shipping Information

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Overnight shipping requires a 24 hour processing time. Overnight orders placed on Friday after 12 noon CST will be processed on Monday. If you would like expedited, please choose priority shipping which will ship out the same or next day.


We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time. 


Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or in your account dashboard.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for express or overnight delivery. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available.


If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@shopamelialane.com. We'll file a claim with the carrier. If you order is marked delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
